Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
  • Certain products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons (such as intimate apparel or customized goods).

2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, or we can arrange a direct bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to your account within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

3. Operational Hours

Our customer service and order processing center operates during the following hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • We are closed on Sundays and gazetted national holidays in Pakistan.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Destination: We offer nationwide shipping across all cities and towns in Pakistan.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on select promotional collections or orders above our standard threshold.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
